Dear Hackathon Participants,

We hope this email finds you well. As we approach the submission deadline for the Girls in Tech WIN Mentorship Cohort 8 Hackathon powered by iTrain Asia, we wanted to send you a friendly reminder to ensure you have all the necessary information for submitting your projects.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Submission Form: Make sure to submit your project to Devpost before the deadline and complete the submission form questionnaire. On https://gitwinhack.devpost.com/ press "Start Project" if you're working individually you can skip the first step and select Project Overview

  2. Video Presentation: Upload a 3-5 minute video on your Devpost page. Your video should cover:

    • Problem Statement
    • Pitch Deck Presentation
    • Demo of your project, explaining the solution and functionality of your application.

    Please ensure that the video is publicly accessible on YouTube. Remember, videos longer than 5 minutes will be automatically disqualified.

  3. GitHub or Code Repository Link if applicable: Provide the link to your code repository (e.g., GitHub) for judging and testing. If your repository is private, please share it with elizabete@itrainasia.com before the submission deadline.

  4. Images, Screenshots & Wireframes: Including images, screenshots, and wireframes of your project will help the judges better understand your work.

We want to emphasize the importance of adhering to these guidelines. Following them diligently will ensure that your project is evaluated fairly by our esteemed panel of judges.
